HOW DOES "THE N.O.W. NETWORK" WORK?

The N.O.W. Network works in the present, in the NOW. The N.O.W. stands for Naturally Organized Wisdom. T.N.N. is the Network of individuals who will utilize Naturally Organized Wisdom to achieve their goals.

TNN anticipates the opportunity to provide information and motivation for our youth, high school dropouts, graduates, college students, and those looking for work to participate in the vast career fields of media and entertainment.

The areas we will concentrate on and work around are connected to the various forms of creative arts, media, and entertainment. They are (including, but not limited to) acting, writing books, designing graphic novels, developing fashion, contributing to magazines, making music, and how participating in events through photography can help them develop networking skills.

We also have advanced areas focused on training those who are interested in learning about how to utilize radio, the internet, and television to achieve a designated goal.

The "keystones" to a successful network is the association of like-minded individuals working toward one common cause. Our cause is embodied in the following goals.

Our goals are:

*to develop and promote mentoring seminars/workshops for our program participants

*to assist our participants in receiving guidance from our mentors

*to improve the academic performance of at-risk students who participate in our pgms.

*to improve interpersonal relationships between students, and their peers, teachers, other adults, family members, people in positions of authority, etc.

*reduce the overall dropout rate, juvenile delinquency, and involvement in gangs through education, information, music, and the arts through constructive activities.

Our main focus is to develop a network that consists of talented people with ideas, motivational speakers with the right skills, and professionals who are looking to provide real-world experience to those who are determined to find careers inside their field.

We are also particularly interested in creating a program for those interested in learning about the various aspects of the entertainment industry.

We look to focus on mentoring and tutoring programs in the form of classroom-like settings which are structured around areas like artist development, beat mapping/music production, collecting royalties, desktop publishing/graphic design, event promotion, photography/video editing, internet/radio and television broadcasting, etc.

Our affiliates, corporate partners, and sponsors are instrumental to our success, so we greatly appreciate any contributions, donations, and investments to help further our cause.
